A Message from Steve Schewel

It may be hard to imagine, but Millicent Rogers wasn’t always the fearless, pink-haired, leader she is today. I’ve had the pleasure of watching her develop, and it’s been nothing short of amazing. Don’t misunderstand me. She’s always been opinionated. Her values have never wavered. But Millicent has approached every situation with a bit more wisdom than the last.

She has organized, built trust within her community, and leveraged her skills to fight for her values. Millicent is ready. I have no doubt that she will be an incredible asset on the Board of Education and to Durham Public Schools as a whole.
